Board of Selectmen · Meeting of April 27, 2026
NH AUBURN — Auburn library seeks to address maintenance ahead of expansion. Library Trustees Nancy Mayland, Elizabeth Michaud, and Cindy Berling deferred a $14,000 engineering study for the expansion to prioritize maintenance including a $6,200 patio door replacement and masonry work on the foundation. Selectmen unanimously authorized Town Administrator Chris Sterndale to execute agreements with the New Hampshire Council on the Arts regarding a historical society project.
The town was awarded a $500,000 fire truck grant and a 50/50 matching grant for a $32,000 generator, reducing the town's cost to $16,000.
