NH AUBURN — Auburn library trustees developed strategy for expansion funding and separate online donation system. The Library Board of Trustees conducted a strategic planning session to identify funding sources including federal grants and corporate donations through the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation. Chair Nancy Mayland recommended forming a Grant Sub-Committee.
Library Director Dan Szczesny and Alternate Trustee Cindy Berling discussed using Donor Box to create distinct donation pathways, emphasizing financial and operational separation from the Friends organization.
