Auburn Planning Board approves auto sales business at Bunker Hill Road
Planning Board · Meeting of January 21, 2026
NH AUBURN — Auburn Planning Board approves auto sales business use on Bunker Hill Road. The board unanimously approved a waiver request allowing an existing structure at 33 Bunker Hill Road to be used for auto sales without full wetland delineation, instead requiring a 125-foot no-further-construction buffer to be noted on the site plan. Ryan Lavelle presented revisions addressing fire pond access, parking, dumpster location, and lighting.
Regional Planner Cameron Prolman advised that the waiver does not waive compliance with the town's wetland protection regulations and that any future encroachment would require board review.
