Cemetery Trustees · Meeting of April 14, 2026
NH AUBURN — Auburn Cemetery Trustees elect new officers and plan spring maintenance work. Chairman Walter Milne, Secretary David Zaleski, and new trustee Michael Ouellette met with town attendees Chris Sterndale and James Thompson to approve the 2026 budget and outline spring priorities. The board confirmed completion of the 2025 Village Cemetery Land Addition with boundary-change granite columns and updated maps, and noted a 2-acre plot behind Longmeadow Cemetery designated for future expansion.
Spring tasks include water system activation at both cemeteries, tree work and gravestone repair inspections, flag maintenance and potential replacement, and validation of veteran plot records.
