NH AUBURN — Auburn Library Trustees review revised $4.9 million expansion plan for Griffin Free Public Library. At the July 27 Strategic Planning Session, Chairman Nancy Mayland and the Board reviewed a revised library expansion design from SMP, reducing the original 9,983 square foot proposal to 7,369 square feet while maintaining the $4.9 million budget. The plan connects to the existing building, includes 26 parking spaces, and incorporates renovation of the old building for meeting space and museum storage.
The design allows for future expansion in the rear.
