Planning Board Approves Amended Site Plan, Continues Three Cases

NH AUBURN — Auburn Planning Board approves amended site plan, continues storage-use subdivision. Vice-Chair Jill Dross led the board in unanimously approving an amended site plan for 81 Priscilla Lane and conditionally approving a minor site plan for 9 Auburndale Lane, pending signed plans and operating-hours approval. The board continued to August 19 the F&D Development case (Dartmouth Drive), the Dawn Hobbs minor subdivision (Bunker Hill Road), and a Fieldstone Land Consultants subdivision at 212 Depot Road whose owner faces enforcement concerns over commercial storage activities and truck parking, which drew public comment from resident Jeff Breaw.
