NH AUBURN — Auburn Planning Board approves childcare expansion and lot line adjustment. The board unanimously approved a minor site plan review for It's a Child's World at 32 Hooksett Road, expanding capacity from 44 to 51 children, with approval from Police Chief Chabot. The board also unanimously approved a lot line adjustment for Robert and Noreen Gonzales' property at 29 Squirrel Drive, adding approximately 10.3 acres to one lot.
Chair Jeff Porter and Vice-Chair Jill Dross were re-elected, and Michael Rolfe was appointed as an Alternate Member.
