Planning Board approves McEvoy subdivision with conditions

NH AUBURN — Planning Board unanimously approves McEvoy subdivision for family homebuilding lot. The board approved a minor subdivision at 30 McEvoy Drive, creating a 2.1-acre lot with 201 feet of frontage for William and Joyce McEvoy's son to build a house. Chair Jeff Porter required that boundaries be set with granite bounds and a certificate of monumentation be provided to the town.

The application must be presented to the Conservation Commission for any conditions they may request.
