Planning Board · Meeting of January 7, 2026
NH AUBURN — Auburn Planning Board unanimously backs dual zoning amendments for March ballot. The board moved to recommend amendments addressing state-mandated accessory dwelling units and parking space requirements for submission to town voters on the second Tuesday in March, following review by town counsel. Regional Planner Cameron Prolman guided the board through the draft language, and members restructured the text to move non-conforming lot provisions into the primary section.
The board also received word that the self-storage facility escrow at 404 Hooksett Road has been released as construction is complete.
