NH AUBURN — The Auburn Board of Selectmen unanimously approved a winter road salt contract with Eastern Minerals at $83.5 per ton and authorized Town Administrator Chris Sterndale to sign documents for the Griffin Mill Bridge replacement project, which has undergone design changes and expects a binder coat this year with finish paving likely next year. The board also decided to fund the Fire Department's new equipment through the proposed budget. The 2026 MS-1 valuation showed a $1.5 billion net town assessment, and the Dartmouth Drive excavation project is heading to the Planning Board with potential road closure and regional impact issues to address.
