Zoning Board approves Desrosiers addition variances

NH AUBURN — Auburn Zoning Board unanimously approves two variances for Desrosiers at 23 Depot Road. The board granted Ron and Debra Desrosiers permission to construct an 18-foot-by-26-foot addition that encroaches on the required side setback and exceeds the town's 5 percent lot coverage limit. The approved side setback variance sets a minimum distance of 20 feet to the property line.
The lot coverage will reach 5.53 percent. Chair Kevin Stuart advised the applicants of the 30-day appeal period and two-year implementation window for substantial completion.
