NH AUBURN — Auburn Zoning Board approves gunsmith home shop and residential variances. The board unanimously approved a Special Exception for Leon Labrie to operate a gunsmithing home shop at 458 Manchester Road, with applicant Brian Kiefer describing the business as involving custom builds and paint jobs. The board also granted variances to Paul C.

Brown and Amanda E. Furtado at 11 Country Circle and to Joshua Witt at 7 Orchard Street for a pool installation and related lot coverage increase to 14.76 percent, both unanimously. A fourth application from Barry Uncles and Down Uncles generated no recorded vote.

The board appointed Shannon Daoust as Chair and Steven Kimball as Vice-Chair.
