NH AUBURN — Auburn Zoning Board unanimously approves rehearing request over procedural error. The board approved a request for rehearing in Case Z26-07 concerning 6 Anderson Way, Map 5, Lot 19-8, after determining the applicant had not been properly notified that only three board members participated in the original decision. Chair Shannon Daoust, Vice-Chair Steven Kimball, Alie Broom, and Mike Dipietro all voted in favor of the rehearing.
The board also approved its May 19 meeting minutes by a 3-0 vote with one abstention.
