Zoning board unanimously approves rehearing for Anderson Way variance

NH AUBURN — Auburn Zoning Board votes 4-0 to grant variance case rehearing. The board unanimously approved a request for rehearing in Case Z26-07 at 6 Anderson Way, reversing a procedural error when the applicant was not properly notified that only three members would participate in the initial hearing. Chair Shannon Daoust, Vice-Chair Steven Kimball, Alie Broom, and Mike Diperto voted to approve.
Land-Use Administrator Deborah McKenna-Weeks identified the notification violation.
